Jeff Godfrey

President

Jeff started working for Carriage Place Homes in 1984 as a painting subcontractor for our founder, Ron Godfrey, and assumed leadership in 1987 after the passing of his father. Jeff dedicates himself to providing every client with the same quality home you have come to expect from Carriage Place Homes. When Jeff isn't answering calls, checking emails or monitoring houses, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Kelly, their 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Logan Godfrey

Vice President

Logan started with Carriage Place Homes in January of 2019 to bring fresh ideas to the company and learn the ropes from his father, President Jeff Godfrey. Not only does Logan enjoy bringing new technology and ideas to the home builds, but he is head of sales and works diligently with every client to take their dreams to reality. When not at work, Logan enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Lauren, and spending time at home with their 3 pets.

Gina Urick

Project Coordinator

Gina started with Carriage Place Homes in February of 2020. After 15+ years in the collections industry, she wanted to switch to a career in new construction after building a house with us. Her attention to detail and organization help make sure all builds run smoothly. In her free time Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, 2 grandsons and her dog, Lakota. If she's not spending time with them, you can catch her at the lake with her friends or at Friday night euchre club.

Nancy Scott

Bookkeeper

Nancy started with Carriage Place Homes in January of 2005 with a background in banking. Throughout her long history with us, she has carried out many roles within the company. For 19 years, she has come to work on time every day with a smile on her face. When she isn't at work, she enjoys sewing and needle work that she learned from her late grandmother. On warmer days, Nancy enjoys spending time outside working in her yard.

John Miller

Carpenter

John started with Carriage Place Homes full time in January 2021 after working as a subcontractor for us for several years. John has been working construction for over 30 years and has done it all from laying flooring to building decks. John is a doer of all things and has been a great addition to Carriage Place Homes. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his two daughters or hanging with friends.
