President
As a second-generation owner of Carriage Place Homes, Jeff carries forward a proud legacy of excellence in home building. With a deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, he has built a reputation for delivering homes that stand the test of time. His hands-on approach ensures that every project reflects the high standards and integrity that have defined the company for generations.
Beyond his work, Jeff cherishes time with his wife and their seven grandchildren. Whether creating dream homes for clients or making lasting memories with family, he takes pride in building both strong foundations and meaningful connections.
Logan Godfrey
Vice President
As the son of Jeff Godfrey and Vice President of Carriage Place Homes, Logan is proud to be part of the family business. Since joining the company in January 2019, he has been dedicated to upholding its legacy of quality, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship. With a strong work ethic and a passion for the industry, he plays a key role in driving the company's growth while maintaining the values that have made it a success.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, along with their three beloved pets. Whether at home or on the job, he values family, hard work, and the satisfaction of building something meaningful.
Gina Urick
Project Coordinator
Gina started with Carriage Place Homes in February of 2020. After 15+ years in the collections industry, she wanted to switch to a career in new construction after building a house with us. Her attention to detail and organization help make sure all builds run smoothly. In her free time Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, 2 grandsons and her dog, Lakota. If she's not spending time with them, you can catch her at the lake with her friends or at Friday night euchre club.
Nancy Scott
Bookkeeper
Nancy started with Carriage Place Homes in January of 2005 with a background in banking. Throughout her long history with us, she has carried out many roles within the company. For 19 years, she has come to work on time every day with a smile on her face. When she isn't at work, she enjoys sewing and needle work that she learned from her late grandmother. On warmer days, Nancy enjoys spending time outside working in her yard.
John Miller
Carpenter
John started with Carriage Place Homes full time in January 2021 after working as a subcontractor for us for several years. John has been working construction for over 30 years and has done it all from laying flooring to building decks. John is a doer of all things and has been a great addition to Carriage Place Homes. When not at work, John enjoys spending time with his two daughters or hanging with friends.
